Knitted Geogrids

 

Emas Kiara produces knitted polyester geogrids under  Kiaragrid trade name with in-house developed PVC coating process.

Kiaragrids offers high tensile strength fabric with low elongation and creep tendency. Emas Kiara is one of the few producers in the world who could manufacture geogrids up to 400kN/m x 200kN/m in strip tensile strength.

Kiaragrids are used to stabilize slopes and to reinforce road bases by improved bearing capacity. Geogrids are use to provide reliable, cost effective and practical solutions for many  difficult geotechnical engineering conditions.

Application of Kiaragrids- Geogrids:

· Improve the stability of fill slope

· New embankment construction

· Slope remedial works

· Road widening projects

· Bunds for noise pollution
